Remy is lost in thought. Maybe you should find out what it’s all about. 
He’s trying to recreate the recipe for a magical dessert. You decide to help and go ask Merlin.
The wizard directs you to his House where he’s sure you’ll find something to help you.
You find a note that puts you on the track of the ingredients.
After recreating the recipe, you bring it to Remy so he can taste it.
You can get this quest after getting friendship level 10 with Remy. After completing this quest, you can buy Slush Ice at Chez Remy. Here you can find all your subjects for the quest and explanations behind it.

• Ask Merlin for help: you can find on the map where Merlin is.
• Find Merlin’s notes in his House: go inside Merlin’s house. One of the book closets will sparkle. Interact with that book closet.
• Gather 3 purified night shards for the recipe: you can make purified night shard from 5 night shards and 1 dream shard. Both shards can be found by digging at sparkling ground.
• Find someone to turn the purified night shard into power: WALL-E can do this for you.
• Complete the recipe to find 15 Snowballs; those can be found on the ground at the frosted heights or with mining ice blocks.
• Craft Ice Slush: go to a crafting station and craft it from the items you just gathered.
• Bring Remy the Ice Slush: you can see on the map where he is.
• Prepare a bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream: Remy gave you de recipe. It is in your backpack. You can make it from Slush Ice, Milk, Sugarcane and Vanilla. Vanilla can be found at Sunlit Plateau. Sugarcane can be found on Dazzle Beach. Slush Ice and Milk you can get at Chez Remy.
• Return to Remy: by talking to him, you complete this quest.
