Donald seems awfully angry. It turns out that while he was away from Dreamlight Valley, his house was wrecked.
Donald needs some help fixing his house. He suggests you talk to Scrooge McDuck to get some better tools.
After some convincing, Scrooge McDuck tells you how you can fix up Donald’s House.

Donald’s House is a mess! He asks you for help cleaning up.
You found a strange rusty jar in Donald’s House. He asks you to open it for him to find out what’s inside.
Once you have fixed Donald’s House, you find a mysterious Rusty Time Capsule. Donald hid everything he needed for a special project around the Village… but now he can’t remember where to find it all!
Here you can find all your subjects for the quest and explanations behind it.

• Talk to Scrooge McDuck about Donald’s house: you can find him at his shop.
• Gather 16 softwoods, 8 hardwoods, 2 Iron Ingots and 4 ropes for the boat repair kit: The softwood can be found near tree’s at the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust. Hardwood can be found near tree’s at the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights. Iron Ingots can be made from Iron Ore and Coal ore. The Coal ore can be found with mining at every location. The Iron ore can be found with mining at the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights and the Forgotten Lands. The rope can be made from 8 fiber. And fiber is made from 1 seaweed. Which can be found with fishing at every location. All the items except the rope can also be caught at Kristoff’s stall. Softwood costs 5 star coins, hardwood 10 star coins and iron ingot 70 star coins
• Craft the boat repair kit at a crafting station: go to a crafting station. The repair kit can be made from all the items you just gathered.
• Bring the boat repair kit to Donald: you can find on the map where he is.
• Follow Donald to his house: try to stay close to Donald.
• Use the Scrooge McDuck sign at Donald’s house to get it fixed up: he will fix it for free.
• Go inside Donald’s House to clean it up: go inside the house.
• Help Donald clean his house by gathering 2 of Donald’s awards, 2 jugs, 1 of Donald’s books and one mysterious Junk: all the items are in his house, you only have to pick them up.
• Bring what you’ve gathered to Donald: he is inside his house.
• Open the rusty time capsule in your inventory: go to your backpack. There you can open it.
• Talk to Donald about the time capsule: by talking to him, you will end this quest.
