- Ach! You hear a frustrated cry from Scrooge McDuck. Go check on him: go talk with Scrooge McDuck. He is usually in his shop.
- Search for the specter in the Dream Castle: go to the dream castle at the very top of the stairs, next to the fountain you find Vanellope.
- Talk to the “specter”: talk with Vanellope. With talking to her, you complete this quest.
