What Home Feels Like
Elsa wants to feel a little more at home in Dreamlight Valley. Together, you decide to prepare some meals inspired by Arendelle.
Upon tasting the meals you prepared together, Elsa remembers something. She buried a mysterious Chest near the Ice Cavern. You need to get it.
You can get this quest after getting Elsa to Friendship level 3. Here you can find all your subjects for the quest and explanations behind it.
- Gather the Ingredients for the Dandelion Syrup: Lemon, 5 Dandelions, 3 Garlics, 2 Onions and an Empty Vial: Lemons can be found in the Forest of Valor and the Glade of Trust. Dandelions can be found in the Plaza. Garlic and Onions can be found in the Forest of Valor. An Empty Vial can be made from 3 glass, which can be made from 5 sand and 1 coal ore. Sand you can find by mining sea debris and digging at Dazzle Beach. Coal ore you can find with mining everywhere.
- Bring the Ingredients to Elsa: you can see on the map where she is. With talking to her, you give her the ingredients.
- Catch the Glittering Herring in the Glade on a rainy day: fish on a rainy day at the Glade of Trust, then you will be able to catch the Glittering Herring. This can take some time.
- Make sure to have the Ingredients in your Inventory: Wheat and Butter. Wheat can be found in the Peaceful Meadow, and Butter you can get at Remy’s Restaurant.
- Cook an Arendellian Fish Pie: can be made from Wheat, Butter, Glittering Herring and Dandelion Syrup.
- Make sure you have Arendellian Pickled Herring in your Inventory: you can make it from Herring, Lemon, Onion, Garlic and A Spice.
- Bring the meals to Elsa: you can see on the map where she is. With talking to her, you will give her the meals.
- Dig out Elsa’s Secret Chest near the Ice Cavern: next to the ice cavern, you will find some sparkling ground. Dig a hole at that place and you will find a chest.
- Pick up Elsa’s Secret Chest near the Ice Cavern; pick up the chest you just dug up.
- Give the Arendellian Extra-Pickled Herring to Elsa: you can see on the map where Elsa is. Go talk with her.
- Place the Purple Crest on the wall of the Ice Cavern: go inside the cavern and transfer the crest on the wall.
- Return to Elsa: with talking to Elsa, you complete this quest.
