Eyes In The Dark
You’ve discovered a new world with arid plains and a lush jungle. It’s time to explore it.
You meet Nala, a lioness who’s been separated from her mate, Simba, the king of the Pride Lands. You volunteer to help her fend off some hyenas who, out for revenge, have been following her on her journey.
You manage to fend off the Hyenas. Nala invites you to journey into the jungle with her to meet Simba.
You find Simba in the jungle, Hakuna Matata-ing. He’s delighted to hear Nala has made it to the jungle safely and rushes off to meet her.
Simba and Nala are reunited at last! But Nala is famished after her encounter with the hyenas.
Simba suggests you make a bug platter for Nala. But you’ll have to find some bugs around here to do it.
Nala tries the grubs and finds them gooey, yet gratifying. But the meal is interrupted by the arrival of more hyenas.
Scrooge McDuck lends you an old Sound System that you can use to scare off the hyenas. But it’s in need of a few repairs.
Using the Sound System you got from Uncle Scrooge, you convince the hyenas that there’s an army of lions in the jungle and scare them off. With that problem settled, Nala is eager to come visit Dreamlight Valley.
Nala arrives in the Valley. You imagine this place will take some getting used to…
You can get this quest after opening up the Lion King Realm for 10.000 Dreamlight. After completing this quest, you have Nala in your valley. Here you can find all your subjects for the quest and explanations behind it. 

• Explore The Lion King Realm: go inside the Realm and talk with Nala.
• Dig out the 5 dried thorn bushes to find some Thorn Bush Seeds: use your shovel to dig out the bushes.
• Plant the 5 seeds in the holes near the ledge in the dried-out oasis, then water them until they grow: the holes are already there. You only have to plant the seeds.
• Water the 5 seeds close to the ledge at the far side of the dried-out oasis: you only have to water them ones.
• Talk to Nala: she should be right next to you.
• Find a way into the cave, so you can reach the jungle: use your shovel to make the way free.
• Talk to Nala: go talk with Nala.
• Find a way to lower the log near the waterfall: use your pickaxe to mine a rock near the water. It will clear the way.
• Cross the river and search the other side for Simba: walk over the tree. You’ll come into a new part of the jungle. There you will find Simba.
• Talk to Simba: go talk with Simba.
• Follow Simba to Nala and watch their joyous reunion: try to stay close to Simba. Then listen to Simba and Nala talking.

• Find the 6 colorful bugs in the dried-out oasis and fish the slimy bugs out of the river: go back to the dried-out oasis. Dig holes at sparkling ground to find the bugs. Then go back to the river, use there your fishing rod to fish at bumbling water to find the bugs.
• Return to Simba: go talk with Simba
• Remove the stump deeper in the jungle to find the red bugs: go over the tree to the other side of the jungle. Use there your shovel to get the tree stumps away.
• Catch the 6 red bugs: run after the bugs and interact with them to catch them.
• Cook three Bug Platters using the red bugs, colorful bugs and slimy bugs: there is a cooking station behind Nala and Simba.
• Bring the Bug Platter to Nala: go talk with Nala.
• Go back to Dreamlight Valley and talk to Scrooge McDuck: go back to your own Valley. Scroog McDuck is usually in his shop.
• Repair the sound system at a crafting station; go to a crafting station. To repair it you need 10 softwood, 5 hardwood and 12 Iron Ingots. Softwood can be found near trees in the Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust. Hardwood can be found near trees at the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Height. Iron Ingots can be made from 5 Iron Ore and 1 Coal Ore. The Iron Ore you can get with mining at the Forest of Valor, Glade of Trust, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, Forgotten Lands and the Vitalys Mine on Sunlit Plateau. The Coal Ore you can get with mining at every location.
• Return to the Lion King Realm: go back to Nala and Simba.
• Bring the Sound System back to Nala: go talk with Nala.
• Place Pride Rock in the Village: go back to your valley. In your backpack under the furniture tab, you find a house for Nala and Simba. Place it somewhere in the village.
• Use the Scrooge McDuck sign to pay for the construction of pride rock: the construction costs 15.000 star coins.
• Welcome Nala to Dreamlight Valley: you can welcome her at the well in the Plaza.
• Talk to Nala: with talking to Nala, you complete this quest.
